Final File Submission Instructions for 2025 11th International Conference on Signal Processing and Intelligent Systems (ICSPIS)

The Conference Proceedings will be included in IEEE Xplore Publications. All authors who have been accepted must register for the conference and attend the conference to present their papers. Authors who do not attend the conference to present their papers, or arrange for a co-author or knowledgeable colleague to present their paper in the absence of the primary author, will not have their paper published in IEEE Xplore, per IEEE policy, with the following exception: Those authors that will not be allowed to travel to the conference due to visa issues or strict national rules will be given the opportunity to present their accepted work through a video presentation.

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a submission from distribution after the conference, including exclusion from IEEE Xplore if the submission does not meet IEEE standards for scope and/or quality. Articles excluded from further distribution shall be archived by IEEE but shall not be indexed or appear on IEEE Xplore.

1 - Download and Use the final IEEE Conference Template

Click here to download the final submission template.
The template already includes the necessary header file. You do not need to make any changes to the header file, but please verify that it is present in the template.

2 - Copyright Notice in your paper

Please make sure that the corresponding author in the template is indicated
Also, note that IEEE copyright information was included as follows on your paper template:

3 - Page Numbers

Do not include page numbers in your submission.

4 - Submission Format

Only PDF files will be accepted for final submission.
Validate your paper through IEEE PDF eXpress ™, as instructed below:

A. Creating your PDF eXpress Account:

First-time users should do the following:
1. Select the New Users - Click Here link.
2. Enter the following:
  - 68676X for the Conference ID
  - your email address
  - a password
3. Continue to enter information as prompted.

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

B. Upload your final pdf to IEEE PDF eXpress to validate your paper.

C. Receive by e-mail the IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF of your paper.

5 - Upload your received PDF File to ICSPIS paper submission section

Notice: For the copyright transfer the corresponding author will be contacted later.
note that only those papers for which the copyright transfer process is completed will be indexed in IEEE Xplore.
