• The regitration fee of the ICSPIS2025 for international participants is as given in the following table which is in US Dollar.
• Domestic participants (participants from Iran) must refer to the Persian website for registration.

• Paper submission is free of charge for international participants.
• An author is considered as international if he/she is affiliated with an institution outside of Iran.
• The max number of pages of each paper is 5. For each extra page (up to 3 pages), a fee of 20 USD will be charged.
• All the mentioned costs have a 50% discount for foreign participants who participate in the conference virtually (This is just available for the paper presentation of non-domestic authors).

• International attendees who may not be able to pay the registration fees through bank transfer (for any reason), should contact “icspis2025@ustmb.ac.ir”. Please put “International Participant (PAPER ID)”, where “PAPER ID” is the ID of your paper, in the subject title of your email.

• For the registration fee payment method, the corresponding author will be contacted by email.
