### 1. In-Person Presentation

Authors who intend to present their papers **in person** are kindly requested to observe the following instructions:

* The PowerPoint presentation must not exceed **10 slides**.

Please note that, in addition to submitting the PowerPoint file, authors are required to attend the in-person conference session to be held on December 24 at Mazandaran University of Science and Technology.

### 2. Online Presentation

Authors who intend to present their papers **online** are kindly requested to carefully observe the following instructions:

* Please prepare a presentation video in **MP4 format** with a **720p resolution**. If necessary, the file may be compressed (ZIP).

* The PowerPoint presentation must not exceed **10 slides**.

* The maximum duration of the recorded video is **10 minutes**.

The presenting author must be clearly **visible** in the recorded video.

* Please upload the recorded video to **Google Drive** and send the download link, along with complete information including the **paper ID, authors’ names, and paper title**, to the conference email address:

* The video link must be submitted **no later than December 19**.

Please note that, in addition to submitting the PowerPoint file and the video, authors are required to attend the **online presentation session on December 25**.

Dear conference participants, please be informed that the registration section for attending the conference workshops has been activated on the conference website.

To learn about the workshop titles and the topics presented in each workshop, please visit the conference website under the Information menu, section Workshops.

To view the fees for attending each workshop, please visit the conference website under the Registration menu, section Registration Fees. Please note that the workshop registration fees are separate from the conference participation fees and the fees related to paper presentations.

To register for the workshops, you must first create a user account (conference participants may use the same account previously created for paper submission). To create an account, please visit the conference website under the Paper Submission menu, section Create Account for Paper Submission. After logging into your account, the Workshop Registration section will become accessible. By clicking on it, you will enter the workshop registration page, where you can select your desired workshop and complete the registration by uploading the payment receipt for the workshop fee.

Please note that the workshop schedule will be announced on the conference website at a later time.

Due to requests for extension of the conference paper submission deadline, we inform that the deadline for paper submission has been extended to 9^th December. Note that this is the final version of your manuscript (IEEE PDF eXPress) and authors should submit their papers within the deadline.

The Conference Proceedings will be included in IEEE Xplore Publications. All authors who have been accepted must register for the conference and attend the conference to present their papers. Authors who do not attend the conference to present their papers, or arrange for a co-author or knowledgeable colleague to present their paper in the absence of the primary author, will not have their paper published in IEEE Xplore, per IEEE policy, with the following exception: Those authors that will not be allowed to travel to the conference due to visa issues or strict national rules will be given the opportunity to present their accepted work through a video presentation.

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a submission from distribution after the conference, including exclusion from IEEE Xplore if the submission does not meet IEEE standards for scope and/or quality. Articles excluded from further distribution shall be archived by IEEE but shall not be indexed or appear on IEEE Xplore.

 1 - Download and Use the final IEEE Conference Template

• Click here to download the final submission template.
• The template already includes the necessary header file. You do not need to make any changes to the header file, but please verify that it is present in the template.

2 - Copyright Notice in your paper

• Please make sure that the corresponding author in the template is indicated
• Also, note that IEEE copyright information was included as follows on your paper template:

3 - Page Numbers

• Do not include page numbers in your submission.

4 - Submission Format

• Only PDF files will be accepted for final submission.
• Validate your paper through IEEE PDF eXpress ™, as instructed below:

      A. Creating your PDF eXpress Account:

       Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress™ site

• First-time users should do the following:
  1. Select the New Users - Click Here link.
  2. Enter the following:
     • 68676X for the Conference ID
     • your email address
     • a password
  3. Continue to enter information as prompted.

• An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
• Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

      B. Upload your final pdf to IEEE PDF eXpress to validate your paper.

      C. Receive by e-mail the IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF of your paper.

5 - Upload your received PDF File to ICSPIS paper submission section

note that only those papers for which the copyright transfer process is completed will be indexed in IEEE Xplore.

Dear Authors,

1. Please revise your paper according to the reviewers’ comments to improve its quality.

2. Please upload the registration payment receipt to the conference system and inform us of your presentation type (on-site or virtual) via email.

We would like to inform all respected researchers that the paper submission deadline has been extended to November 21, 2025.

The respected authors of the papers are informed that the presentation of the papers should be in the format accepted by the conference. To get the paper presentation template file, refer to the conference site, Paper Submission menu, and click on Templates for paper presentation (Powerpoint Files).

It should be noted that each paper will have 15 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions and answers.

Participants who are unable to attend the conference in person are required to create and submit a 15-minute video presentation. Please upload your video to your Google Drive and send us the link via email at mailto:icspis@shahroodut.ac.ir. Make sure to use the subject line "Video File for Presentation". Additionally, you should be available (in a virtual session) for a Q&A session following your presentation, as per the conference schedule. Your participation is essential for the indexing of your paper. 

The conference schedule will be announced later in the ICSPIS 2025 webpage.

Note: Attending the conference is in person; however, we have provided virtual sessions only for paper presentation of non-domestic authors.

This is to announce that the website of 11^th International Conference on Signal Processing and Intelligent Systems, held in December 24–25, 2025, has been lunched.

In addition, as the “Paper Submission” section is complete now, researchers can submit their paper to the conference. Information about the paper submission and templates could be found in “Paper Submission” and “Paper Registration” sections.

Selected best papers from the conference, after proper extension, have the opportunity to be published inthe following journals, after proper mild review process and with priority in expediting the review process:

However, It is necessary to note that the cost of additional review and printing of selected papers in this journal is according to the rules of these mentioned journals and ICSPIS2025 does not have any responsibility in this regard.
